Torah In The Latter Prophets

The prophetic books—such as Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and the Twelve—call Israel back to the covenant given in the Law of Moses. The prophets warned that disobedience would bring the judgments described in Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28, including exile among the nations. At the same time, they proclaimed God’s promise to restore His people if they turned back to Him. These writings show that the prophets spoke according to God’s covenant, declaring both judgment for sin and hope for restoration according to the Lord’s Word.
