Chapters 24 & 25
Aug 23, 2026 • Phil Porter, David Klingler
Leviticus 24–25 records God’s commands concerning worship, justice, the Sabbath year, and the Year of Jubilee. Israel was commanded to let the land rest every seventh year and, in the Jubilee year, return property and release fellow Israelites from servitude. The Lord commanded His people not to oppress one another and to support a brother who became poor. These chapters remind Israel that the land belongs to God and call His people to trust His provision, practice justice, and obey His commands.
