Chapters 11 - 15
Aug 23, 2026 • Phil Porter, David Klingler
Leviticus 11–15 records God’s instructions to Israel concerning clean and unclean animals, childbirth, skin diseases, bodily discharges, and purification. These laws taught the Israelites to distinguish between the clean and unclean and to remain separate from uncleanness because the Lord dwelt among them. The repeated call is clear: God is holy, and His people were commanded to be holy. These chapters establish important biblical categories of holiness, purity, uncleanness, and cleansing.
